HABITS OF MIND
HOM: Managing My Impulsivity
NON-ACADEMIC FACTOR it applies to: Conduct
Action Plan Steps:
a. Think about what I’m going to say before I say it
b. Fully and carefully understand instructions and listen to the teacher because answer a quiz or activity
c. Instead of distracting myself, find something to hold on to during class so I’m not urged to do something.

UPDATE:
-
I have sucessfully followed through with the plan and have gotten a 4 in all the terms. Holding a hair tie or just moving my leg quenches my necessity to always be moving.
